Hydro-climatic change and large-scale sustainability of ecosystem services of constructed, restored and unmanaged wetlands
This project combines and synthesizes large hydrological and ecological datasets, screening for correlations and possible predictors of wetland biodiversity that can be used for assessing impacts of ambient change.
More specifically, the project investigates if there are hydrological/nutrient characteristics of (a) individual wetlands and (b) wetlandscapes, which correlate with wetland biodiversity (and therefore can be used as predictors of biodiversity changes).
